Thank you for shopping at Mison by kiran. We are responsible for safe delivery of products to our customers as quickly and safely as possible.

1.Delivery Delay Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated time-frame, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to public holidays or bad weather conditions.

2.Order Cut-Off Times

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) Monday through Saturday will begin processing the same business day . Any orders received after 4:00 PM  will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping PKR 200 for all products.

Total Delivery Time: Please allow 3–5 business days total (handling time 1-2 day + transit time 2-3 days) for your order to arrive at your doorstep.

We currently ship all over Pakistan 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an order Confirmation email once your order has shipped which will include a tracking number  you can use to check its status. you will also receive a whatsapp confirmation message from us .The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Information

Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping information, including complete address and active phone number. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.

7. Courier Partner

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as postEx ,Leopards Courier, TCS and other reliable delivery services depending on your location
