2. Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories (if applicable). Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized alterations are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, both returns and exchanges are provided free of charge. Customers will not be charged any return shipping or exchange shipping fees.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
We do not charge any restocking fee for approved returns or exchanges.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected
If approved refunds will be issued through: EasyPaisa, or JazzCash or bank account. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval.
